open air gig next year

hi all, after a succesful open air concert on guisborough football pitch this year i was talking with the organisers and we felt that we could go one better next year. Chris would be an ideal headline for this show.
Our first venture managed to pull 3 000 people and with chris on board we could easily double that (the local authority have granted a licence )so you can see the event was and will be well organised.
has anyone any thoughts on this ????????? guisborough is 6 miles from middlesbrough.
any help as in management etc would be much appreciated .
