Dear People,
When I see my collection of Chris Rea and listen to TBJB I must admit that long is the time hard is the road a master piece of music is. The sax with slideguitar and the dark voice of mister Rea make me feel sick of emotions. I love that song and mayby it's my personal favorite!

Yes, Long is the time hard is the road is a great song, I agree with you. Also the whole album The Blue Jukebox is one of the greatest of Chris. One of the favorites of mine too

je suis absolument d'accord. Long is the time , hard is the road est une sublime chanson, beaucoup de nostalgie et de sensibilité. J'adore aussi de nombreuses chansons de "blue guitar", un travail fantastique de Monsieur Rea que j'apprécie depuis de nombreuses années (15 ans). Son évolution est admirable de talent, de créativité et tout ceci avec tant de pudeur et de simplicité... Je ne peux que dire Merci Monsieur Chris REA
