Just found this newspaper article which everybody might find of interest. Remember Chris not being very well a while ago? Maybe this was the reason.

Hi all,
I think it's the first time he admits that it was really cancer - according to this article his first illness in '94 was already cancer and it sounds like he has been a diabetic since then.
I've always thought his pancreas had been removed in 2001??? Very sad to have fought for 15 years only to see the grim reaper coming back again - I admire Chris so much for his strength and hope!
