Technical stuff for youtube

Hi Everybody 
Sorry to post this here, but it pertains to Chris Rea so I'll give it a try.
I'm having trouble with my last 4 CR videos when I upload them to youtube, the volume is really low.
(Espresso, Working, This Kind of Love, and Who Do You Love:

I already opened the files on my Mac with Quick Time and changed the volume settings , re-save them, and they work fine.
But every time I import them back to youtube, the volume is still low in there.
I posted this problem on the Macs forum and hopefully someone will post back.
Meanwhile, I thought I'd ask around here if anybody knows...
