Several years ago one could purchase it via Chris Rea's page --- http://www.chrisrea.com, or http://www.jazzeeblue.com
Some good record stores in Germany still carry this title. I remember the WOMs in Munich, Nuremberg and Berlin listing it. This was one of the first four or five titles published on exclusive Chris' lable the Jazzee Blue (JB.)
