"Windy Town" was also recorder by Rod Stewart (CD "A Spanner in the Works".) Perhaps you would find the chords on one of his pages?

Cant find any chords on any of the Rod Stewart sites either

and its one of my favourite Chris Rea songs; one that means much to me of a personal nature
