Singer and guitar player, Chris Rea, whose ethereal, raspy voice has become a favourite with listeners in the Czech Republic, too, will perform in the Prague Congress Centre on March 2nd, 2006, at 8 PM. He was originally to perform a day later, on March 3rd, but the date was moved because of changes in the tour schedule. Tickets are still valid. Thanks to his virtuoso guitar playing and the “smoky but silky voice” that has become his trademark, Chris Rea has earned the position of global superstar. He has sold more than 22 million records around the world.
