Bournemouth ticket 2nd Row available

Hi everyone
I bought 2 tickets to the Bournemouth concert because that was the only way I could get the type of seats I wanted - (front row or as close as possible). I am coming over from the US and only will use one ticket. Anyone interested in ourchaing the 2nd one? It is an outstanding seat - 2nd row! Any suggestions on where to stay in teh vicinty of the Bournemouth concert hall is greatly appreciated. Thanks!
